A visual hierarchy is established, led by the podium and followed by the hotel building, the staircase cage, the connecting bridge, and lastly the serviced apartments building. Each mass is individually enhanced by working on the architectural elements that compose them, in line with the visual exposure established in the overall setting.

The landscape lighting scheme is composed of individual lighting strategies that work complementarily to achieve a discrete yet welcoming setting. Low level concealed light sources reveal the different elements that compose the outdoor areas, providing character and a sense of place.
