Located in the coastal city of Jizan and facing the Red Sea, this resort is surrounded by pristine beaches. lavish vegetation and numerous archeological sites. The interior design, planned by UAE based firm Blue Camel Design, was developed around the concept of integration, taking the inspiration from the surrounding nature and heritage sites, and translating it into textures, patterns and color palettes inside the building. The result is a blend of sleek contemporary design with traditional Arabic references.

The main lighting design approach was to compliment the interior spaces, providing a smooth ambiance throughout the hotel, while enhancing textures and objects with the purpose of creating a welcoming yet vibrant atmosphere. Seamless coves, spotlights and wallwashers compose the technical lighting, minimizing the visual noise and focusing on the space and its elements.The decorative lighting complements the interior design and provides interesting visual elements.
