The lighting scheme is multi-layered and carefully controlled to complement the culinary and dining experience. Track mounted projectors and pinhole downlights create accent on tables and counter tops, while linear grazers and integrated joinery lighting provide soft illumination on feature walls, counter fronts, screens and shelves, which work as backdrops to the setting.

A decorative lighting installation composed of illuminated blown glass bubbles defines the main dining area, creating a nature-inspired display of shadows and reflections above the tables.

The outdoor area is intimate and subtle, illuminated only with a soft wash on the boundary timber fence and Japanese styled table lamps. The control scheme is DALI based, allowing full control of the lighting system throughout the day.
