This unique residential self-sustained community is already a landmark in Riyadh. Located in the north of the Saudi Arabian capital, this 308 meter high tower will be equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, fully integrated systems and 360 degrees of natural light.

The approach when planning the façade lighting for such a prominent building was to make a single bold visual statement, capable of stressing the building’s role as an urban milepost. The idea of the tower projecting light to the exterior through its outer shell and roof worked perfectly.

This scheme was developed further with the use of dynamic colors. Throughout the night the tower shifts hues in long smooth cycles, changing its appearance and how people perceive it. The building becomes a surprise element in the skyline, an icon in the city.
