This tower was the anchor development of the commercial district at Bahria Town in Karachi, Pakistan. It is the city’s first ever smart building with 14 floors of corporate space and 8 floors of shopping area. The façade lighting design makes the building stand out in the nighttime, projecting the vibrant lifestyle of the new center.
